Get ready theatre enthusiasts! Bella Vista’s Drama department is bringing you a production of Twelve Angry Jurors! We have an amazing set of cast and crew that will make this sixty-eight year old play come to life- with a modern 1979 twist! Our brilliant director Mrs. Carey is impressed with the play already, saying that “[The] cast is positive, everyone works well together” and an eavesdropping Josue Rivera Suarez added “We funny, Oh we funny.”
Many of the actors in the play are also excited, “I think that this will be the best show we have had!” says Stagehand Alden Audrain. When asked what his favorite moments of the play are, Alexander Meza, who plays Juror 4, said: “I loved the part where I get to yell at Juror Number Ten and threaten to crack open their skull… in the play, of course!” If you don’t know what he means, then you’ll just have to watch it!
There is also an educational aspect to the play as well! Our esteemed director Mrs. Carey has proclaimed: “I like how this play is being tied into [most] english classes, curriculum wise” This play might be helpful for some sophomores with writers block on their essays, maybe a way to get pen onto paper is by going to see 12 Angry Jurors in the Bella Vista Cafeterria.
Come see the product of all of our hard work on November 13th, 14th, 15th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd. We promise that it will bring this age-old story to life and you’ll have a great time!
